Altered TCG rules – Two expeditions and strategic decisions
The Altered Trading Card Game offers an unusual gameplay experience centered around two expeditions. One is led by your hero, the other by their companion. The goal is to bring both expeditions closer together until they meet. To do this, you play characters, spells, and other cards whose abilities affect your progress. The different regions present different challenges for your units, so you must use your cards strategically. The reserve also plays an important role, allowing certain cards to be used again. This combination of resource management, expeditions, and tactical decisions makes Altered a distinctive Trading card game. If you’d like to discover more games with different mechanics, you’ll find additional alternatives in our card games category.

This lets you register and manage your cards in a digital Collection. The system offers interesting possibilities, especially for Collectors and Players who enjoy experimenting with unusual card combinations. Buy Altered TCG – Starter Deck or Booster Display?
If you want to buy Altered TCG, it’s worth first considering your personal playing and collecting goals. Starter decks are especially suitable for Beginners, as they already include well-matched card combinations and the necessary game materials. Booster displays, on the other hand, offer a larger selection of random cards from a particular expansion and are interesting if you want to expand your Collection or develop your own deck strategies. The language version also plays a role, as Altered has been released in both German and English. For game nights with friends, it’s a good idea to choose two different Starter decks so you can get to know different factions.
