First, fill out our return form and state the reason and country from which you wish to return the items.
You will then receive a link to the DHL returns portal, where you can create your shipping label.
Pack the items well and securely, attach the label to the package and send the return back to us.
Once the shipment has been received and inspected, we will refund the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
The buyer is generally responsible for the costs of a return (e.g., in case of dissatisfaction or cancellation).
The return shipping costs are €6.19 and are paid directly by the buyer to DHL .
In the event of a complaint (e.g., for a defective or incorrectly delivered item), we will of course cover the costs of the return shipment.
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
It is important that the items are in their original, unopened condition .
